Both are new World Wendys options. The best choice depends on the finish you prefer, how you will use the space, and the upkeep you are comfortable with.
A crisp cladding option
Nutec is a fibre-cement cladding material. Its manufacturer describes the Nutec range as water-, wind- and fire-resistant, making it suitable for interior and exterior cladding uses.
Important: Fire-resistant does not mean fire-proof. Correct building, installation and care still matter.
Painting is not included — available at an extra cost on request.

Wooden Wendy houses are a practical option for storage, a garden room, an office, or extra outdoor space. Many customers choose timber for its natural character and straightforward finish.
The timber exterior is varnished. Regular checking and re-varnishing when required helps protect the outside finish and keeps the unit looking cared for.
